“You’re not the only one” I muttered as I grabbed my drink and ripped open the annoying little packed that held my straw, stabbing it into my carton before I took a long sip. Moaning I couldn’t help but wink when I heard Ellie laugh at my heavenly expression, I couldn’t help it, banana milkshake was my weakness.

“So are you going to tell him what had you coming in late, he had been out of his mind when hadn’t turned up this morning?” she asked curiously, not being noisy which I was thankful for. She hadn’t asked me what had happened which was a relief, she had only asked if I was going to tell Hunter. Did I tell you that I loved this girl?
“Collin is a lucky boy” was all I winked causing her to laugh out loud, her giggles causing a purr to come from Collins chest as he approached his mate grinning while he handed her the food he had brought for her.
“That I can agree with Zoe” he grinned as he kissed Ellie on the cheek and pulled her close, a ‘aw” coming from my mouth causing him to flush slightly which was even cuter. He was just adorable!
“I hope you’re not trying to steal my mate Collin, the last thing I need is competition” Hunter joked as he came up behind me, pulling me out of my seat only for me to find myself soon situated in his lap causing me to roll my eyes but grin his way.
“He has nothing on you babe” I winked causing him to growl playfully, the sound going straight to the appendix between my thighs as he did so. Why did he have to sound so hot when he growled? It always made me shiver in delight, knowing this he only seemed to growl at every opportunity just to wind me up. He was a jerk! But he was my jerk!
“Good” he smirked, shooting a mock triumphant look in Collin’s direction who only rolled his eyes at his Alphas childishness as the rest of the pack laughed at the playful banter. “Because your mine” he growled huskily in my ear, the scent of my arousal at his tone catching his attention as he groaned against my shoulder. His grip on me tightened as I felt the evidence of his own excitement in the form of a delicious bulge which I had the pleasure of sitting on. YUM!

I smirked back, sorry mate but it had nothing to feel embarrassed about, more than happy to know how I seemed to affect my mate so strongly. I knew I couldn’t hold off much longer, both my body and my wolf were craving to mate fully with him and I had no idea how he was managing to hold back until I was ready, he was not only a male wolf but he was the alpha which only increased his need to claim an alpha female. I loved him even more that he was actually cared enough about my feelings not to try and pressure me into anything that I wasn’t ready for. He was perfect!

Rolling my eyes the table soon relaxed into playful banter, laughs and jokes flowing around the table as at one point Hannah and Kelly were laughing so hard at something me and Ellie had joked about that if it hadn’t of been for their mates sitting next to them then they would have fallen off the table due to them laughing so hard.
“P’ll be back in a sec” Hunter breathed in my car causing me to nod while I was listening to a dirty joke Josh was telling me, the boy having such a perverted mind that I couldn’t help but laugh at the embarrassed look on Hannah’s face as she listened to her mate talk animatedly about a joke that was far from being PG.
Giving Hunter my empty milk carton since I had already finished my drink a while ago he moved to throw it into the bin as I hopped off his lap, already missing his presence as he headed over to the line queuing for food. He didn’t take long, back in seconds as he held a few items in his right hand, his other being put to good loose as he picked me up and re–positioned me back on his lap as soon as he had returned.
“Here you go, baby” he purred as he held out a yellow carton for me, my eyes lighting up as I pulled his lips to mine as I held onto his cheeks to keep him in place. I couldn’t help but thrust my tongue into his mouth in thanks, his grip tightening on me as he moaned into my mouth, drawing a gasp from my own as I soon found his tongue caressing mine in a way which had me panting. We reluctantly pulled away, both reluctantly needing to breathe as I shot him a beaming smile which had him purring out in delight.
“Thanks” I beamed as I immediately got to work un–wrapping the straw and sticking it into my drink, the guys laughing as Hunter continued to purr behind me, obviously more than a littl content with my our mate when they were distressed: only shifters had the ability due to us having our wolf.

“You coming around tonight?” he asked hopefully when we had finished eating. It had been clear that he had been dying to ask since he had seen me and I couldn’t help but shake my head amused as I took in the way his eyes seemed to sparkle with excitement.
“Sure” I smiled, it being the weekend tomorrow so I had nothing against either staying around his for the night or going home later than I usually did. The buses may have stopped so I couldn’t get home that way but I could always run; it had after all been a while since I had been in my wolf form but I hadn’t wanted anyone to spot me. That was not how I wanted Hunter to find out I could shift: while he was tracking me down to kill me for thinking I was a random rouge. Yep, didn’t want that
