Chapter 134 This Time, You Won’t Just Watch
“Let me go, William!”
If Renee could rewind time by two years, she would have trained harder in self–defense. Maybe then, she wouldn’t be this helpless now.
William threw her over his shoulder as if she weighed nothing. The sudden motion tilted her world sideways.
Dizzy and breathless, she slammed her fists against his back.
“I said put me down!” Her voice was sharp, firm, unwavering.
He turned slightly, eyes gleaming with amusement. His voice was low and teasing. “What? You want me to take
you right here, at my doorstep?”
For a moment, he seemed to seriously consider it. His voice turned thoughtful. “It’s possible. Hardly anyone
comes by. Just the occasional security patrol.”
“Don’t you dare!” Her voice was sharp, but fear curled in her chest. She knew exactly how reckless he could be. Pressing her lips together, she simmered in silence.
He shoved the door open and carried her upstairs. Without a second thought, he tossed her onto the bed.
Before she could speak, his mouth claimed hers. The kiss was fierce and consuming. His tongue moved with dominance, teasing her until her breath faltered and her body tensed under the assault of sensation.
The lights stayed off. In the darkness, past grievances slipped away. His body pressed against hers, fierce and
insistent.
Their closeness was overwhelming. She could feel the steady thrum of his pulse.
His lips brushed her cheek, and then found the fragrant curve behind her ear. He trailed down to her neck,
where he left a deep red mark with a forceful kiss.
“This time, you won’t just watch. You’ll have to help,” he whispered.
Heat spread beneath his touch. It had been so long since she’d felt this way. And it was him–the man she had once loved so deeply. They had always moved in perfect sync, especially in moments like this. Her body knew it before her mind could catch up. She wanted him too.
Nerves tightened in her chest, and she didn’t dare breathe too loudly. Her senses sharpened. Suddenly, her eyes snapped open. She shoved against him, who was pressing down on her.
“Huh?”
she was always on high alert, thanks to her professional training. There was definitely a third person in the
KNOW
Walam didn’t seem to care. He tried to kiss her again, his voice muffled. “There’s no one here. Focus.”
Witam. I’m not joking. There’s someone here!” she insisted, her voice dropping low to keep quiet.
seving the panic in her eyes, he sighed and flicked the light switch without warning.
m an instant, the room was bathed in light, revealing every corner.
On the bed, they were tangled in an intimate embrace. On the floor, a woman scrambled forward, panic written
all over her face
Who is she?” Rence asked, her voice tight with confusion.
She knew someone else was in the room.
Caught in the act, Roxanne froze. Her hands fumbled, and she lowered her head. She was too embarrassed to meet William’s gaze
I’m sorry… I’m sorry, William. I was just…” she stammered, her voice shaking.
Her plan had been simple. She thought she could slip a sedative into the room. Once William fell asleep, she’d climb into his bed and force a relationship. Then, he’d have no choice but to marry her–certainly not some young woman just starting out in life.
You’ve got 30 seconds to leave. I’ll deal with you later,” William said, his voice as cold as ice.
Still, Roxanne wouldn’t back down. She lifted her tear–filled eyes, desperate, and said, “William, I love you! I’ve loved you for so long. Just give me a chance, okay? I’m fine with being a mistress.”
Renee couldn’t help but laugh. She leaned back against the bed, watching the scene unfold–a mixture of absurdity and pity. “Mr. Mitchell, come on. Why not give her a chance? A threesome’s practically knocking at
