“Bike–sharing?” The three exchanged surprised looks.
“Yes! I’ve worked it out. Here’s how it will work: we’ll provide bicycles, each costing about 300 to produce. Every user will pay a 45 deposit. Once they’ve paid, they can ride for just 1 per kilometer. With a growing user base, we’ll generate a steady income from both deposits and rental fees!”
