Chapter Forty–Three
Greg’s POV
My mate is badass! Not only did she kick some ass out there, but her wolf, Winter, is a killing machine. I have never seen a wolf move so fast as she did. None of the rogues knew what hit them when she got hold of them. As soon as she grabbed them, they were dead before they realized that she had their throat. I am happy that I told her that she could come. With her and Winter, we were able to defeat the rogues before the fight got near the packhouse. We didn’t lose one wolf. That is impressive and important. I felt like Winter was projecting some of her power onto the warriors, making them faster and stronger. I will talk to her about it later. Right now, I want to get to the celebration.
Tovi linked me and told me that the shower was open. I ran up and took a quick shower, throwing some jeans and a dress shirt on, leaving a couple of buttons undone, and rolling the sleeves up a bit. I left my hair down, letting it air dry, and went back downstairs. I found everyone in the backyard, enjoying the celebration. I saw Tovi sitting at the head table with her family. I motioned her to join me on the stage. I walked up onto the stage, with Tovi joining me. I see that she put her dress back on from earlier, and she still looks absolutely beautiful.
“May I have your attention!” I said, talking into the microphone. Everyone stopped what they were doing and turned towards the stage. “I want to let everyone know that we were victorious, without a loss of life, from our pack and Alphas Pete and Zane’s warriors. Our Luna was very impressive with her fighting, killing the rogues who threatened our home. We have the leader of the attack in our cells, awaiting his punishment, along with one of our members for concluding with the rogues and threatening the life of our Luna. Anyone else that has concluded with the rogues will be punished, too. So, if there were any of you who helped plan this attack, you would receive the same punishment as this rogue and Shelia. I will not
tolerate anyone wanting to harm our home!” Everyone started to murmur among each other,
pissed that their pack member wanted to hurt the pack. “So, with our victory in the attack, this
celebration is not about Tovi becoming your Luna, but it is also a celebration of our victory
and that all our loved ones came back home safe and sound! So, let’s enjoy the rest of the
night and not let the attack damper our spirits!” Everyone cheered, and I pulled Tovi to me and
kissed her deeply, the cheers getting louder.
We walked off the stage and the band started to play some music. Elderman Josiah walked up to us, all bowing our heads to each other. “That was a great speech, Alpha. You mentioned that you, have the rogue that planned the attack. I want to involve the council and see if we

can eliminate these rogues. And as the pack member involved, I hope you have a trial for them,” he informed us.
“Elderman, the rogue is no other than my ex–stepfather. He planned this attack, wanting to try and capture my mother and me, because he was caught abusing me for years and my mother left him. He did it because his pride was hurt by his actions at Blood Stone, being banished and having his Gamma title stripped,” Tovi informed him. “The pack member in question threatened to kill me right before the attack happened, and she concluded with the rogues. There will be no trial for her because the evidence is overwhelming and Greg will show you the evidence. They will both die before the next full moon.” The Elderman nodded his head and
went to get some food.
“I’m hungry, let’s get something to eat,” she said to me, pulling me towards the buffet. Mrs. Cullens and the Omegas must have warmed the food up after the attack. She was ordering
everyone around, so the celebration could continue without a hitch.
We both filled our plates up with steak, mashed potatoes, corn on the cob, asparagus, grilled zucchini, and apple pie. I had Jack grab us a couple of drinks, our brewed beer, and a glass of wine. We sat with our family, eating, sharing stories, and enjoying the night.
Shelia’s POV
I cannot believe that b***h had me thrown in the cells! Her ass should be in here for
impersonating a Luna. She is not the true Luna of the pack! I am! I need to get a hold of Ethan and have him get me out of here. He usually works the late shift, and there is normally two of them.
“Ethan, I need to get out of the cells TONIGHT! Is there any way you can get me out of here? I am being falsely accused of threatening the Luna when I never did. She doesn’t like me because I am Alpha’s ex–girlfriend. You know that I will reward you very well after you get me out of here.”
“Let me see what I can do. I love your body and love putting my c**k in you every chance I can get.”
I smiled, knowing that I would get my way as usual, and I was overriding that b***h’s power of authority in this pack. I was sitting on the cot, waiting for Ethan’s shift to start when the doors opened, and I saw several warriors carrying someone in and placing them in the cell across from mine, followed by the pack doctor. Who the hell is this? The rogues lost because the pack warriors were still alive. So, this prisoner is one of the rogues, probably wanting some information about the rogue pack. They had better not say anything because I will have them

Chapter Forty–Three killed by Ethan.
The doctor walked out, saying that the eye was completely gone and that he would be blind in
the
eye for the rest of his life.
“Well, he won’t be alive much longer. Same with that b***h right there. Alpha and Luna have
already decided on their punishments,” one of the warriors told the doctor. Wait a minute, what
does he mean that I won’t be alive much longer? Am I getting killed for getting what is
rightfully mine? I haven’t killed anyone, yet. I know once I get out of here, I will have to become a rogue and come up with a new plan to kill that b***h. I hope that Paul, Ronnie, and Charlie
make it back to the mansion.
They all walked out, and I heard a groan coming from the cell across the hall. I walked to my cell door, curious who was in there. I heard a familiar voice.
“Where the f**k am I and why the hell cannot I see out of my eye?”
“Paul, is that you?” I called over.
“Yea, who the f**k are you?” he growled.
“It’s Shelia. How did you get caught?”
“I got caught because of that little b***h of an Omega, Tovi. She was incredibly fast, too damn fast for me, and got me on my back and knocked me out before I blinked. There is something different about her and I want to know what,” he replied. I heard that she was incredibly fast in training, taking out our best warriors and Deltas. They are afraid to train with her now because
she has broken bones in them.
“I heard rumors about her being fast in training, but I didn’t think that she was that fast.”
“I need to get the f**k out of here now!” Paul yelled.
“Easy, I have got someone that will get us out tonight. Just be patient. I am on very friendly terms with one of the guards, and he is going to help get us out tonight.”
“Teresa, I need your help. I need you to go to my room, pack a bag, and set it down by the southern border, the spot where we would hang out when we were pups. I am getting out of here tonight with the help from Ethan. If you were smart, you would leave the pack, too, because if they find out that you also helped plan this attack, you will be dead, too.”
“Alpha just announced that he knows that someone in the pack helped with the attack. They know it’s you. I overheard him and Luna talking to Elderman Josiah that they have enough evidence to have you and Paul killed on the next full moon in a week! I will get your stuff

packed, and I am coming with you. I am going to drain my account and take all my cash, so
we don’t get traced when we use our cards. I will have my car and can meet you on the south road, a mile south of the border,” Teresa announced to me. At least I have someone to help me
out on the outside. Everything is all set. Now, just sit here and wait until Ethan can get us out
of here.
