Chapter Thirty–Seven
Greg’s POV
Waking up in the morning next to my mate is the best thing in the world. One more day, she will be officially the Luna of the Mountain Moon Pack, and she will be even stronger because she will be completely linked with the pack and me. I rolled over to see what time it was. It was six in the morning. I have time to run fifteen miles before everyone is up. I tried to get up and Tovi growled at me.
“You are not allowed to move. Your ass is staying right here in bed with me until everyone is up, and breakfast is made,” she ordered me, snuggling closer to me, and tightening her arm around my waist. I chuckled and kissed her on top of the head. I lay in bed with her for an hour before we got a link from Sloane and Angelica that breakfast was ready. I nudged my mate, trying to get her up.
“I am not getting up. I have gone a day and a half without you. So, we are going to lie here in
bed for a day and a half.” I started to laugh at her, knowing that we couldn’t do that.
“Baby, it sounds tempting, but your Luna ceremony is tomorrow, and I know that both our
moms will want to take you to the spa for some pampering and get your hair and nails done,” I
explained while trying to get out of bed. Tovi tightened her arms around me.
“Nope, we are staying right here until I say it is time to get up.” Her stomach growls. We
looked at each other and cracked up laughing. “Ok, I guess that is a sign for us to get up and
eat some breakfast,” she sighed, her face turning red because of embarrassment.
We got dressed and walked into the kitchen, with everyone eating at the island.
“What is for breakfast?” Tovi asked, looking over the food.
“We have a breakfast casserole, sausage links, bacon, ham, scrambled eggs, leftover
cinnamon buns, and waffles,” Angelica replied, placing a platter of bacon, sausage, and ham on the counter. We grabbed some plates and dug into the food. We sat down on the sectional
to eat.
“Hey boss, what do you want to do today?” Henry asked me. It was supposed to be warm and sunny today and I don’t think that the girls want to be cooped up in the house again.
“Let’s take the boats out on the lake and have everyone ride the tube and banana,” I smiled,
and the girls perked right up.
“The last one to the boat has to blow up the banana by hand,” Siobhan yelled, running upstairs

to her room, with Sloane sliding out of her chair, and running right behind her. Tovi was already walking to the bedroom, to get ready. Georgia, who was already dressed and had her bag next to the door, got up and walked out the door to the dock.
“HEY, NO FAIR, YOU GUYS!” Angelica yelled at Siobhan and Sloane, running up the stairs. Henry, Moneo and I cracked up laughing, cleaning up the kitchen.
Five minutes later, Tovi came running out the bedroom door, “Any of them gone out yet?” We shook our heads no, and she took off out the back door. A minute later, Siobhan and Sloane
were racing each other down the stairs, with Angelica behind them, telling them to slow down. The three of them were fighting over the door, pulling each other off the doorknob, knocking each other to the floor, when Siobhan finally grabbed it and was out the door and Angelica and Sloane were in a tangled mess on the floor. Sloane finally got untangled from Angelica and
ran out the door and down the walkway.
“You damn bitches cheated!” Angelica screamed, running out the door. Henry, Moneo, and I
were laughing so hard that we were crying. These girls are crazy. We finished cleaning up the
kitchen and went to change into our trunks. We walked out the door and heard the girls
cheering Angelica on as she was blowing up the banana by hand: Moneo walked up to her
and took the banana from her, putting the pump on it to finish it up. Her face was beet red
from blowing it up halfway.
“Hey, that isn’t fair, Moneo,” Sloane pouted. “She was almost there. I’m surprised that she had
that much hot air in her.” I chuckled a bit while I got on the boat, checking the gas. Everyone
loaded up onto the pontoon, with Tovi sitting next to me. Moneo got the banana blown up and
tied it onto the boat and Henry untied the ropes off the dock and jumped on. I fired up the
boat, and we headed out into the open water. The warriors brought down drinks and snacks
while the girls were getting the banana blown up, so Tovi got us both some water to drink. The
other girls started to mix drinks for themselves, except for Siobhan, who was drinking a soda.
The day went great. The girls had fun riding the banana, trying to knock each other off it. Thank goodness they were wearing life vests when they were out on the water. Then, the guys
and I got on it and Sloane was trying to get us knocked off by going back and forth, making
the banana swing back and forth over the waves. We got back around five and everyone was
worn out. We made sure that everything was put away, the boat was tied up tightly, and we
headed up to the cabin. Since Tovi had to get up early for the spa day before the ceremony, everyone chipped in to clean up the cabin and headed back to the packhouse. It was a wonderful day with everyone, and I hope we can do it again next weekend before Tovi has to
leave.

Tovi’s POV
I was sad that we were leaving the cabin. This was the best time I have ever had. I think we will plan an outing next weekend before I leave. Dad should be at the packhouse with my brothers and sister, and Bjorn should be there now, with Alpha Zane and Luna Morgan. I can’t wait to see Bjorn and Luna. I miss them like crazy, even though it has been a week. Half an
hour after we left, we pulled up to the packhouse, and there was a crowd. Dad, mother, all my
siblings, Nana, Greg’s parents, and another couple I haven’t met yet. We get out of the SUVs, looking rough from being out on the reservoir all day. Dad came up to me and hugged me.
“I missed you, kiddo. Did you have fun?” He asked and I shook my head. Chloe ran up and hugged me after dad pulled away.
“Tovi! I missed you! I should have come with Lillian and Siobhan when they came up, but I was
busy at the pack hospital, volunteering there,” she explained, looking sad that we had gone out
on the boat.
“We are planning to go next weekend. You are more than welcome to come with us, if dad
says it is ok,” I told her. “But I want the entire family to go with us. The cabin is big enough for
all of us.” Then my brother, Blade, and Colton walked up to me. They had smiles from ear to
ear but were extremely nervous about meeting me.
“Hi Tovi, we are your brothers, Blade, and Colton. It is wonderful to finally meet you!” one of them said as they both hugged me.
“Which one is which?” I asked.
“I’m Blade and this is Colton,” the taller one said. Blade has sandy blonde hair with blue eyes
and Colton has beach blonde hair with green eyes. Blade looks more like his mom by the looks of it and Colton has dad’s features, but with a softer jaw than Blade’s.
“Tovi,” Sloane caught my attention, “these are mine and Jack’s parents, Helen, and Thomas
Steens. Dad is the former Beta here at the pack.” Jack is a spitting image of his dad, with
black hair, and dark brown eyes, with a wide–set nose and sharp jaw. Sloane got her mother’s
features, red curly hair, and blue eyes, with a button nose.
“It is finally nice to meet you, Tovi. You can call me Helen, and this is Thomas, or Tommy for the immediate family. Welcome to the pack!” she said excitedly, hugging me in the process.
Thomas also hugged me, too. “I’m sorry that we weren’t here when you arrived. We were on vacation in Hawaii for three weeks. We came back early to be here for your ceremony.”
“It is nice to meet you and that is ok. I do not expect everyone to drop whatever they do to
cater to me,” I smiled at her.

I looked at my mother and asked her, “Are Bjorn, Alpha Zane, and Luna Morgan here yet?” She shook her head no.
“I just got a text from Bjorn. They just landed and will be here in a couple of hours.” Oh good, I
cannot wait to see all three of them. Hopefully, Caitlin will come with them.
“ATTENTION EVERYONE!” Deidre yelled at everyone. “We will have a cookout at our house in a
couple of hours for everyone! Nothing fancy, I am leaving that for tomorrow night. I will see there soon!” She and Andrew hugged me and walked towards their house. They built it
next to the packhouse so Andrew could fill in for Greg when needed.

Everyone piled into the packhouse, with my family staying with us in the suite, and Alpha and
Luna staying in the guest rooms across from our suite. We got upstairs, and Siobhan, Greg,
and I went to take a shower, washing the reservoir off. I threw on a light blue maxi dress, with
rattan flip–flops. I let my hair down and applied some foundation, powder, eyeliner, and lip
gloss on. Greg was dressed in khaki shorts with a dark blue polo shirt.
Just as we got down to the first floor, Bjorn, Alpha Zane, Luna Morgan, Caitlin, and Corbin
pulled up in a couple of SUVs. I ran out of the door and saw my brother getting out. I tackled
him to the ground, starting to tickle him.
“That is not fair, Tovi! Get off me!” he was yelling at me, trying to get me off him. I stood up
and helped him stand up. Alpha, Luna, Caitlin, and Corbin get out, laughing at the chaos that
just ensues. I hugged my little brother, then bowed to Zane and Morgan, and hugged Caitlin
and Corbin.
“I miss all of you! I am so happy that you are here to celebrate my ceremony. I will show you to
your rooms and I hope you are hungry. Greg’s parents are having a cookout at their house, and
everyone is invited,” I informed them.
“Good, I am hungry, sis! Where are mother and Pete?” Bjorn asked me.
“They have already gone to the house. Siobhan and Pete’s kids are here, too,” I informed him.
“Cool, I get to meet the stepsiblings. What are they like?”
“Chloe is a sweetheart, and I just met Blade and Colton. From what Siobhan has told me, the
boys are extremely popular but have been truly kind to her since moving to Ocean Bay. They
included her in everything that they did with their friends.”
“That’s good. I’m glad that she is making friends already, especially after losing her best friend in the rogue attack last week.”
“Tovi, dear, how are you doing here? Is everyone treating you kindly?” Morgan asked me, taking

my hand as the guys got the luggage.
“Everyone is nice and has been treating me with respect. Well, almost everyone. There are the
pack sluts, Greg’s ex–girlfriend, one of them, has been raising a bit of hell, but I put them in their place damn quickly. I already beat her ass for being disrespectful and rubbing against
my mate.”
She laughed and said, “That’s my girl! I knew you wouldn’t put up with that kind of shit.”
We showed them where their rooms were, on the top floor of the packhouse, across from our
suite.
