Chapter 130
Kaiden
I took a step closer to Aurora, and the bastard in hesitation. Another unsteady step closer, but she hadn’t vanished. They arched their head to my direction, staring at me in disdain. I exhaled sharply, shutting, uny eyes close, and opening them. She was still there.
“Who are you?” The man growled, stepping in front of her, I stared at their linked hands intensely. Fucking bastard,
I puffed air, pushing him aside, and coming face to face with Aurora. She looked different–totally different, but her eyes were unforgettable. She had a raven hair, a thinner face and a burnt scar on her neck. She looked older too.
. “Aurora…” I breathed in relief, holding her face in my hands. Her eyes widened in shock.
I poked her cheeks in denial before pressing my lips on her. She gasped and slide my tongue inside her mouth savoring her sweet taste. She was divine, and tasted better than I remembered.
“You’re here, love. I missed you so much.” I whispered softly pulling her into an embrace, and stroking her with my fingers.
“I missed you so much, Aurora. I was losing my mind without you” I confessed with a sigh, tightening my grip. I was scared she would disappear. If I let go.
It wasn’t just a dream, but a sign to find her.
“Are you mad?” The bastard yelled angrily, yanking me off her body. I stumbled backward before finding my balance.
He hissed, engulfing her in her embrace, and scanning her body for any scars. “Are you okay, Genevieve?” He asked softly in concern. She nodded violently in response, her eyes flickering up in shock.
“Genevieve?” I scoffed, stepping forward, “Her name is Aurora.” I announced with a clenched fist.
“How dare you put your stinking lips on my fiancée?” He snapped angrily, punching my face.
His fiancée? He was betrothed to my mate?
“There he is.” The door opened, revealing the witch from earlier with her soldiers.
“Chief.” She greeted, crossing a arm over her chest in respect. Aurora was the chief? But she wasn’t a witch.
She acknowledged her with a curt nod. If I hadn’t heard her speak earlier, I would believe she was mute again.
“He’s an intruder.” The little witch declared, pointing her fingers with a death glare. Intruder? I guess that’s what you call a person who enters your territory without permission.
“You’re a werewolf.” Aurora stated with disdainful eyes. “What is a fiery beast like you doing here?” She demanded.
“He’s a werewolf?” They all grimaced, lifting their noses in disgust.
“How did you find this place?” Aurora questioned with a tight smile, stepping in front of the bastard.
I chuckled in frustration. Had she lost her memories? “Don’t you remember, Aurora?” I ran my hand into my hair, taking another step.
She flinched back in disgust before I felt hands tearing me away from her. I gritted my teeth, pushing her soldiers way.
“Get that mad beast away from me!” She snapped in anger, going behind the bastard.

Chapter 130
“Aurora!” I snapped. She referred to me as a beast. She doesn’t remember anything about us.
“My name is Genevieve” She grunted, shutting her eyes in frustration.
My jaw tightened in fury, I wanted to scream to remember me, but I was more relief to see her alive. I had so many questions. How was she alive? I watched her burn down to ashes, but her she was….with a another lover.
I clenched my fist, taking a step towards her when my legs weakened. They all stared in me in confusion as I fell to the ground, rolling in the floor with screams of pain.
“What’s wrong with him?” The little witch asked in panic, stepping closer to me, but Aurora drew her back.
“Don’t touch him, Elara.” She ordered, glancing at me in hatred. “He’s running wild.” She spat out in hatred.
I swallowed the bitterness down my throat, curling my body around as the hotness coursed surged through me. My body trembled from the unbearable pain. I rolled to the other end, shaking my head violently as it got worser.
This wasn’t the first time I was experiencing an episode. It was a frequently occurrence each time I flared up. No, it happened each day without a reason. Keira was a little bitch for lying to me about the roots.
“But he’s going to die.” Little witch shrieked in response, glancing at me.
I smiled grudgingly in response. I wouldn’t die, little witch. I never did, and right now I didn’t wish to. Not after finding Aurora.
“Then let him die.” She sneered coldly, pushing her back. “You’re soon going to become the chief, and I have warned you about interfering in other people’s business.”
“Is this how you plan on leading the circle?” She reprimanded in an icy voice. “He possibly provoked a witch who cursed him and bind his wolf.”

I laughed in pain and anger, the veins popping in my neck. Somethings never changed. She hated my kind in the past and it was same, but far more worst. Was this another challenge from Moon Goddess? First, Aurora was weak human, and then she was reborn as a witch.
“Take the beast away.” The bastard growled in command. The soldiers bowed in respect, drawing me out of the floor.
“Aurora.” I choke in pain, arching my head to the side. She made eye contact with me before turning her attention to the
little witch.
I don’t care if you hate me Aurora. You’re my mate, and I will make you remember our time together even if it means living
here.
