“Ow!” Ace bared its teeth and growled at them, then gracefully leaped onto the sofa, lying down beside Fluffy with its green eyes fixed on them.

Julius was slightly taken aback, as the aroma of the food filling the room was incredibly tempting. The food on the table was truly a feast for the eyes.
“Being timely isn’t as good as having good luck sometimes,” Hugo enthusiastically recommended. “This was cooked by Quiana herself.”
Julius was a bit surprised and glanced at the girl with his blue eyes. “You can cook?”
Quiana propped her chin on one hand, her delicate features displaying a lazy charm, her lips slightly curling as she looked at them. “Want to try some?”
Zack couldn’t take his eyes off the food and nodded eagerly, saying, “Absolutely!”
Julius squinted, his eyes a misty gray. “If you don’t mind…”
“Then join us,” Quiana said, calling out to Hugo. “Get some more plates and cutlery.”
“Sure thing.” Hugo’s excitement was clear as he practically dashed off.
It seemed like this was the first time Quiana had been so warm toward them.
Zack felt pleasantly surprised as he sat down at the table and took the utensils. “Alright, Quiana, I’m going to start then.”
“There’s no need to be polite.” Alina jumped in first, using the serving fork to pile food onto his plate, her enthusiasm evident. “There’s so much. We can’t finish it all anyway, so make yourself at home.”
“Thank you.” Hugo stuffed the utensils into Leo’s arms, pushing him,toward the table.
Leo instinctively looked over at Julius.
Julius sat still, his handsome pale face expressionless.
“Mmm, it’s delicious.” Zack was already eating, his fork not stopping as he mumbled with his mouth full. “Juliùs, I’ve tasted countless delicacies in my life, but this is the first time I’ve had something this good. Is Quiana such an amazing cook?”
“Come on, hurry and eat.” Alina directly placed some food on Leo’s plate.
Leo still didn’t dare to move until he saw Julius nod.
When he tasted it, he paused slightly, his eyes shining brightly.

Julius‘ eyes briefly flickered, his face looking exceptionally charming under the light.
Quiana was gnawing on a rib, met his gaze, raised an eyebrow slightly, and teasingly licked the oil from her lips. Her smile was captivating. “Afraid I poisoned it, Mr. Hawley?”
Julius‘ eyes were deep and dark. He raised his hand and finally started eating with his fork.
Alina said, “Eat more, Mr. Evans, you won’t find another place like this.
“Once in a lifetime.”
Hugo added, “Julius, eat faster, or they’ll finish it all.”
Alina and Hugo were enthusiastically piling food onto everyone’s plates, far more hospitable than the waiters, and any fear had long vanished.
Half an hour later, Zack slouched in his chair, clutching his stomach, looking completely satisfied and burping. “Quiana, with cooking skills like yours, it’s a shame you’re not a chef.”
Leo nodded in rare agreement.
Julius ate with elegance. Every movement radiated nobility. Each captured frame could serve as a wallpaper. After the meal, there wasn’t even a trace of oil on his lips.
The table was cleared as if swept by a storm, leaving almost nothing behind.
Hugo and Alina exchanged a glance and gave each other a high–five under the table.
Zack yawned. “I’m getting sleepy after all that food.”
“Then just go to sleep,” Hugo’s voice sounded almost irresistible.

“No…” Just as Zack was about to say something, his eyelids drooped, and his head tilted as he fell asleep right in his chair.
Leo was taken aback and had just stood up when the world began to spin.
