Chapter 9
A Kiss and a Touch, What’s the Big Deal?
I didn’t care about that. What I cared about was getting the evidence that Irene was trying to steal secrets. My priority was the well–being of the Nash family. As for me, I wasn’t that important. Once I accomplished the most crucial task, I would naturally disappear, go to a place where they could never find me. Of course, they wouldn’t look. for me either. They would probably be relieved that I was gone.
Hard work pays off. Three months later, Irene began to trust me gradually. She had me accompany some important clients. I managed to gather some critical information from them. However, it wasn’t enough, not nearly enough. Irene wouldn’t let me bring my phone or any electronic devices when I accompanied clients. But could that stop me? No. I bought a miniature bug online and hid it in my clothes. So, every time I accompanied clients, I would gain some valuable information.
Everything was progressing smoothly. Just when I thought I could gather enough evidence without a hitch, an unexpected turn occurred. That night, Irene had me accompany one of her major clients. This client wasn’t satisfied with just a touch; he insisted that I sleep with him. He bared his yellow teeth, his eyes roving over me with a greasy gaze, finally settling on my neckline.
“Don’t be afraid, little sister. I’ll take good care of you, sweetheart,” he said. “I know you have a brain problem; that’s exactly what I like.”
I looked at his greasy belly and his bald head, feeling a surge of nausea. Irene initially wanted to stop him, but when she heard the client say that he liked this kind of thing, her eyes lit up. She couldn’t wait to throw me onto his bed. Naturally, I was unwilling…
but did I have a choice in this lion’s den? No.
So, I ended up on that greasy man’s bed. He kept provoking my condition on the bed, getting more excited as he watched my ugly state. That was his sick pleasure. By the end of that night, my whole body felt like it had been hit by a freight train, the pain was unbearable. Especially my head, it felt like worms were eating away at my brain, ready to explode. It hurt so much, really so much. I barely took two steps before collapsing.

Because of that night, Irene gained a lot of benefits. She was afraid I would die, and even more afraid that after my death, my brother would discover her true intentions. So, she sent me to the hospital. The doctor said I couldn’t be continuously stimulated, or I would really become mentally unstable. Irene got scared and let me rest for a
month.
