Chapter Fourteen
We quickly got dressed and went to the dining room to get some breakfast. Everyone looked as we walked in holding hands and got quite a few smiles. Jack and Jason were sitting at the head table with Zane, Morgan, Richard, and Margo. We said good morning to everyone and grabbed some breakfast.
“So, I take it that last night went well last night?” Zane asked, with a mischievous smile on his face. Morgan smacked him in the chest, while Tovi’s face turned bright red. Jack and Jason both smirked, not saying a word.
“Alpha, last night was a great night. I finally get to hold my mate and Luna close to me in bed, getting a good night of sleep,” I answered, kissing Tovi on the cheek. Morgan and Margo both smiled, happy that Tovi had someone who loved her for who she was. A woman walked up to the table that I had not met yet. Tovi stood up and hugged her.
“Mother, I would like to introduce you to my mate, Alpha Greg Salyers of Mountain Moon Pack, ” she said warmly to the woman, “Greg, this is my mother, Lillian Gooding, the Gamma mate of Red Stone.” I stood up to shake her hand and she went to give me a big hug.
“Finally, my daughter found her mate and be with someone who will protect and care for her,” Lillian said gleefully. “You said that he is an Alpha at Mountain Moon Pack? The most powerful pack in North America? Tovi, you have been blessed! I hope you two will wait a couple of days before heading back. I want to spend some time with my future son–in–law
before you leave.” I chuckled and put my arm around Tovi.
“Lillian, you are more than welcome to visit anytime you want. I will put you and her siblings down as VIP guests so you can come right in through the gates when you get there,” I said.
Lillian nodded and went to get her some breakfast.
“Bjorn! Over here!” Tovi yelled at a wolf who had just walked in. “Greg, I want you to meet my brother.” Bjorn saw her and walked over, picking her up, and gave a big hug. “Bjorn! Put me down!” she demanded. He laughed and put her down.
“So, sis, I hear that you met your mate, and it’s no other than the Alpha of the Mountain Moon!
” he chuckled at his sister. He extended his hand out to shake mine. “It is an honor to meet
you, Alpha! My sister is a wonderful person and is perfect to be your mate and Luna. Just take good care of her and make sure that no harm comes to her,” he said with a warning in the last
part.
I shook his hand, “Bjorn, your sister means the world to me and I will make sure that she is the happiest Luna in the world. Anyone who disrespects or harms my Luna will face dire

consequences,” I told him. He nodded in approval and sat down next to Zane’s son, Corbin.
“Bjorn is to be the next Gamma when Corbin takes over in a few years, Tovi explained proudly. “They both take pride in the pack and want to grow it some more when they take over.” They both look like they will be excellent leaders for this pack in the future. I will make sure that
they have the support needed to grow the pack.
“Alpha, a word, please,” Jack asked me. I kiss Tovi and tell her that I will be right back. I followed Jack out of the dining room, into the common area.
“What would you like to talk about, Jack?” I asked him.
“How long would you like to stay here? We have to get back to the pack and company soon,”
he said. I don’t like to be gone too long from the pack, but I think that this is an exception to
meeting my mate and Luna.
“We will stay for a couple of more days and then we will head home. I will call Father after
breakfast and see if he can handle things for a couple of days while Tovi gets everything
situated here,” I answered him. He nodded his head in agreement and walked back to the
dining room. I followed him when, suddenly, I heard screeching and screaming coming from
the room. We both took off running and when we came into the room, there was Tovi covered in syrup and a she–wolf yelling at her.
“Where the hell have you been at, you lazy piece of s**t!” she screeched at Tovi. “My room is a mess, I have a huge pile of laundry for you to do, and I was late for school twice this week
because you weren’t there to wake me up!” Tovi stood there, arms crossed, glaring at the
she–wolf.
I walked up to them and grabbed the she–wolf by the arm and turned her around. “Who the
f**k do you think you are hurting my mate and Luna?” I roared, making her tremble, eyes going
wide. “Do you have any respect for Tovi?”
The she–wolf laughed, thinking that I was joking. “My sister, a Luna? That is so funny. She is nothing but a lowly Omega who is our slave! If you were smart, reject her sorry, pathetic ass and get you real she–wolf, like me. I would make an excellent Luna,” she said viciously. I tossed her to the side, into the arms of my guards.
“Greg, meet my spoiled sister, Siobhan. Siobhan, meet my mate, Alpha Greg Salyers of Mountain Moon Pack,” Tovi said, introducing me to her sister. Yeah, she will not be coming onto my packlands. Siobhan’s jaw dropped, and her face went white, realizing that she had just f****d up.
“Alpha Greg of Mountain Moon? You’re joking, right?” she stuttered out.

“Nope, she is not joking,” I growled at her. Zane walked up and saw what had happened.
“Greg, I’ll have my warriors escort her to the cells. She just disrespected a mate of an Alpha
and future Luna of Mountain Moon,” Zane offered. “I do not know what the hell is going on
with these she–wolves in my pack, but it is going to stop right now. My apologies, Alpha Greg.”
He bowed his head to me and followed his warriors to the cells.
“Come on, sweetheart, let’s get you cleaned up,” Luna said, putting a protective arm around
Tovi.“Alpha Greg, we will be back in an hour. Make yourself at home until we return and look
beautiful for you.” Luna and Tovi turned and walked towards the stairs, Tovi holding her head up high as if she was not going to let this incident bring her down.
